Important items to consider before completing the questionnaire below:

Suitability: As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in the State of Florida, there are some events that are not legally suitable for our organization. If your event is not suitable, you will be provided with an explanation.

Cost: There are many costs we incur each time we perform regardless of the length of the program, such as accompanist and director salaries, costuming, riser & equipment hauling. We rely on financial gifts to allow us to perform at community events.

Performing Groups: Besides the main chorus we also have a small ensemble consisting of about 10 – 18 singers. When the larger chorus is unavailable or performance venues are unable to house the entire chorus, Diverse Experience is another option. With enough notice, this ensemble can be prepared to perform from 15 to 60 minutes.

Accompaniment: While some music can be performed a cappella, most songs require piano accompaniment. If your venue does not have a piano, an additional fee and additional equipment may be required.

Audio Equipment: If your event is outdoors or in a large venue, the chorus will need to be amplified using several condenser or broad spectrum cardiod microphones. The chorus does not provide these.

Staging: It will be necessary that your venue have enough room to accommodate risers if needed.
